L.R.B. hot insulation
Lightly resin-bonded rockwool for steam lines, hot water, boilers, tanks and process piping, finished with aluminium cladding.
Cold insulation
Nitrile rubber cold insulation
Closed-cell nitrile for chilled water lines, AC ducts and refrigerant piping. Stops condensation and energy loss.

Uninsulated steam and hot-process lines lose heat into the plant and make surfaces dangerous to touch. LRB rockwool with aluminium cladding keeps the heat in the pipe and keeps people safe.

Chilled lines and AC ducts drip, rust and stain ceilings when they aren't properly insulated. Nitrile rubber and PUF panels seal out moisture so the cooling reaches the room.

Most projects need a ducting contractor and an insulation contractor, and then someone to sort out the gaps between them. We do both, so one team is responsible for the whole job.

Do you supply only, or install as well?
Both. You can order fittings, dampers, grills or insulation material only, or give us the complete job: fabrication, installation, insulation and cladding.
What is TDF ducting?
TDF stands for Transverse Duct Flange. The flange is formed from the duct sheet itself and joined with corners, cleats and gaskets. It's faster to install and more airtight than conventional angle-flange joints, which makes it the usual choice for modern HVAC ducting.
When should I use LRB vs nitrile rubber insulation?
LRB (rockwool) is for hot surfaces such as steam lines, boilers and hot process piping. Nitrile rubber is for cold surfaces such as chilled water lines, AC ducts and refrigerant piping, where stopping condensation matters most. We'll recommend the type and thickness after seeing the line.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Dungra, Vapi, and work across Vapi GIDC and nearby industrial areas in South Gujarat and Daman & Silvassa. For other locations, call us to discuss the project.
What do you need from me for a quotation?
A drawing or site photos, approximate duct lengths or sizes, and what the system is for (AC, exhaust, process, cleanroom). If you don't have drawings, we can come and measure the site.
